The Brief

Timber frame bungalow construction with St Astier natural hydraulic lime render finish to external walls. The building is well insulated and fitted with high-efficiency uPVC windows and doors.

Thermally-broken aluminum bi-fold patio doors were installed to minimise energy loss through the transfer of heat.

Internally, the house was fitted out with under-floor heating, new wet rooms, new kitchen and utility areas, fully decorated and new flooring throughout.
