A challenging, yet rewarding build consisting of many different elements constructed from a variety of different materials such as timber retaining walls, steel frame structure, concrete beam and block floors and triple glazed windows.
The quality of workmanship is second-to-none, with meticulous attention to detail throughout, not only providing a superb finish but also an air permeability result of 0.66 m3/h/m2 – more than 15 times better than the current Building Regulation standards and good enough to achieve ‘Passivehaus’ status.
