The Brief

This challenging project was the first ‘hanger’ style showroom to be converted to a ‘terminal’ style showroom in the UK and forms part of Audi’s global vision to have a single style of showroom throughout the world, so no matter where you are you can recognise the building and feel welcome.

The project is the culmination of many different and complex elements seamlessly joining together to create a uniform and flowing image. Utilising sweeping curves and crisp lines, together with a range of different materials such as anodised aluminium and coloured renders the building delivers an incredible image internally and externally.

Behind these elements are many bespoke structures and a vast network of electrical and ventilation systems which had to be carefully and precisely located within the existing structure in order to deliver the final result.
