The Brief
An intricate project needing a gentle understanding approach, working with a listed building with local importance to install much needed toilet and catering facilities to a village church.
The works included the installation of new toilet facilities in the base of the tower and formation of a ‘trench-arch’ sewage treatment facility as well as the manufacture and installation of custom made kitchen cupboards.
Albeit a smaller project, it was not without it’s surprises; while undertaking the works a number of skeletons and a barrel vaulted crypt (which previously no-one knew existed) were uncovered.
