Demolition of existing and construction of new workshops at the Holme Lacy Campus.
The building structure was formed using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) – an engineered timber product that boasts advantages such as being structurally sound in a fire, environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

The Brief
The refurbishment of the Learning Resource Centre at the Holme Lacy campus involved the replacement of windows and external cladding as well as internal flooring and fit-out items. This project involved working around the client and ensuring that the works were suitably co-ordinated to ensure a smooth transition.
