Courtnay Rise, Hereford

The Brief

Construction of a sunroom to the rear of an existing property located along Courtnay Rise, Hereford. Construction consisted of a traditional brick and block work frame with a pitched tiled roof. Large aluminum sliding patio doors were installed as the centerpiece, creating an open yet warm space to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Externally there is a brick-build retaining wall with decorative metal fencing separating the lower patio area from the higher grassed area of the garden and a set of steps connecting the two.

Due to the confined nature of the job and the client still remaining in residence, extra care was required especially during the beginning excavation and foundation phases.
